Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy governs all subscription payments made through the HB Terminal Platform, owned and operated by K P ENTERPRISES.

1. NO-REFUND POLICY

HB Terminal operates on a strict no-refund, no-cancellation policy. All subscription fees are charged upfront and are non-refundable under any circumstances once payment has been processed.

HB Terminal is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. Access to the platform, algorithms, cloud infrastructure, and all services is provided immediately upon payment confirmation. As the service is made available instantly, no refund or cancellation is applicable under any condition.

By subscribing to HB Terminal, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read and understood this no-refund policy in full before making payment.
• No refund will be issued regardless of usage, satisfaction, trading results, or market outcomes.
• No refund will be issued for change of mind or dissatisfaction with algorithm performance.
• No refund will be issued for partial months, unused days, or mid-cycle plan changes.
• No refund will be issued for technical difficulties arising from your internet connection, device, or broker account.
• No refund will be issued for account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
• No refund will be issued due to broker API changes, exchange halts, or regulatory actions beyond our control.
• You will not request a chargeback, dispute, or reversal of any payment made to HB Terminal.

2. SUBSCRIPTION RENEWAL

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period. To stop future auto-renewal charges, you must contact us at support@hbterminal.com before your next renewal date. You will retain Platform access until the end of the current paid billing period. Stopping auto-renewal does not entitle you to any refund for the current or any past billing period.

3. CHARGEBACKS AND DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute through your bank or card issuer contrary to this policy will be considered a material breach of your agreement with K P ENTERPRISES. We reserve the right to immediately terminate your account and pursue appropriate legal action to recover the full disputed amount plus any associated costs, fees, and damages.

4. AMENDMENTS

K P ENTERPRISES reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
